About the role
The Senior Foreman will lead general site operations for construction projects, ensuring that work progresses safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role reports to project management and coordinates closely with subcontractors and site teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities across building and civil engineering works.
- Manage workforce deployment, material handling, and equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve on‑site issues.
- Monitor progress against project timelines and report status to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience on main‑contractor civil or building projects.
- Holder of TCP T1 (or equivalent) certification.
- Holder of a Certificate in Safety Supervision.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Foreman position.
