Senior Fulfillment Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fulfillment Analyst to lead our APAC Fulfillment Operations team. You will manage relationships with 3PL warehouse partners, drive performance against NVIDIA KPI metrics, and support internal stakeholders such as Sales, Planning, and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee 3PL partner execution for order fulfillment across the APAC region.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance to meet or exceed NVIDIA KPI requirements.
• Ensure fulfillment processes comply with Global Trade Compliance standards.
• Facilitate adoption of SAP EWM and TM modules to streamline logistics execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Engineering to satisfy internal and external demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in semiconductor or high‑tech planning/logistics.
• Proven experience managing 3PL warehouse operations.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑value, high‑mix product order execution.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations in APAC.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent analytical tools).
• SAP – especially EWM and TM modules.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems.
