Senior HR Manager – New Headcount

About the role

This senior-level position partners directly with senior management to shape and execute HR strategies that support business priorities and growth objectives. The role serves as a trusted HR business partner, guiding leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as HR business partner on workforce planning, organization design, talent needs and employee matters.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, including recruitment planning, sourcing, selection and onboarding.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews and succession planning to build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, salary benchmarking and annual remuneration reviews.
• Design and implement employee engagement, culture‑building and retention initiatives.
• Identify learning and development needs and launch programs to strengthen leadership and employee capabilities.
• Lead HR process improvement and digitalisation, leveraging HRIS and people analytics.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing the full HR spectrum, preferably in well‑established organisations.
• Proven ability to develop practical HR policies, frameworks and initiatives that support business growth.
• Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities across functions and seniority levels.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
