Senior Manager, APAC Product Owner – Digital Distribution & Enterprise Engineering

About the role

Invesco is seeking a senior leader to own the APAC distribution technology roadmap. You will act as the regional voice within the Digital Distribution & Enterprise Engineering (D2E2) leadership team, ensuring that local priorities are integrated into global programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, sequence and maintain the APAC distribution technology roadmap aligned with global initiatives.
• Represent APAC in global governance forums and the Distribution Domain Board.
• Manage delivery accountability, escalation handling and resolution of regional technology issues.
• Prioritise the regional product backlog, write user stories and ensure delivery of high‑value solutions.
• Collaborate with APAC technology leaders to meet regulatory, operational and client requirements.
• Lead and mentor the APAC Business Analyst.
• Track and report regional pain points, delivery risks and investment gaps to both APAC and global leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, product ownership or business analysis within financial services.
• Proven track record of owning technology roadmaps in a multi‑market, global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, Client Reporting and Product teams.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment between regional and global priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with client reporting tools (e.g., Vermilion).
• Knowledge of content platforms like Alfresco and Seismic.
• Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake.
