Senior Manager, Financial Reporting (Group Consolidation)

About the role

Klook is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Group Consolidation and Financial Reporting function. You will own the month‑end close, consolidation, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with IFRS, SEC and SOX requirements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting, month‑end closing and consolidation activities for the group.
• Apply IFRS and regulatory standards, and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting.
• Analyse group‑level results, perform variance and trend analysis, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Assess accounting treatments for new products, initiatives and complex judgments.
• Design and document SOX controls, oversee internal‑control testing and coordinate with auditors.
• Lead external audit engagements, quarterly reviews and annual ICFR evaluations.
• Drive process improvement projects, system enhancements and support M&A activities.
• Partner with business, R&D and finance teams to ensure consistent, accurate reporting.
• Mentor junior finance staff and promote professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA designation is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of financial reporting/accounting experience, including 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SEC guidance and SOX compliance.
