Senior Manager – Product Research & Insights (APAC, Hong Kong)

About the role

Invesco’s Product Research & Insights team in APAC is looking for a senior manager to lead deep analysis of our product suite, market dynamics and asset flows. You will act as the regional subject‑matter expert, shaping product positioning and supporting growth across public and private markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert on Invesco’s products, competitor offerings and APAC industry trends.
• Conduct in‑depth product research to uncover competitive advantages and craft differentiated value propositions.
• Analyse client demand trends, fund flows and competitor positioning, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with regional product development to assess the product shelf, identify gaps and help originate new products.
• Represent the APAC market within the global PR&I team, leading local initiatives and presenting findings to senior committees.
• Support distribution teams with high‑quality product positioning and market‑driven insights.

Required profile

• University degree in a finance‑related discipline; CFA or equivalent highly desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in asset management, preferably in product research, positioning or strategy.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations.
