Senior Manager – Revenue Management Workshop Facilitator

About the role

The Senior Manager, Revenue Management Workshop Facilitator supports the delivery of Revenue Management workshops and pre‑go‑live validation for the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS). The role focuses on facilitating standardized configuration sessions, guiding Revenue Managers through system readiness activities, and reinforcing best practices to ensure successful implementation across properties.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑facilitate and eventually lead remote Revenue Management workshops using standardized materials and agendas.
• Deliver hands‑on training on core ACRS concepts such as rate plans, inventory setup and policy basics, including interactive exercises and knowledge checks.
• Support Revenue Managers during pre‑go‑live validation, data migration checks and configuration gap identification.
• Collaborate with senior facilitators, deployment teams and property stakeholders to ensure a smooth workshop experience and capture feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive experience in hospitality revenue management, training delivery or system deployment.
• Prior experience facilitating workshops or training sessions, preferably in a virtual environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS).
• Experience using MiNT reporting tools, Product Catalog, Land It task management and ServiceNow/Power of M.
