Senior Manager, Sustainability & Brand Communication

About the role

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a senior professional to lead both sustainability communications and corporate reputation initiatives. The role combines strategic brand building with ESG storytelling to enhance the company’s image with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the group’s sustainability communications strategy aligned with the SD2023 agenda.
• Translate sustainability priorities into compelling narratives for employees, customers, regulators and the public.
• Lead the production of the annual Sustainable Development Report and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Drive internal and external sustainability thought‑leadership, employee engagement and stakeholder outreach programmes.
• Design and deliver proactive external communications that strengthen corporate reputation and visibility.
• Manage media relations, corporate storytelling, executive profiling and issue management.
• Identify speaking opportunities, industry forums and award platforms to showcase the company’s leadership.
• Support government relations, monitor policy developments and contribute to public‑affairs advocacy.
• Build strategic partnerships with NGOs, industry associations and other external organisations.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in public relations, with both agency and in‑house exposure.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate communication, brand management and ESG‑related communications.
• Holder of an ESG‑related certificate and CFA sustainability qualification.
