Senior Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and analytical Senior Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing Focus) to drive our Group branding and elevate our digital presence. In this role you will own our official social media channels, manage website content, and lead search optimisation strategies to strengthen brand equity, visibility, and corporate reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and WeChat, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Oversee organic search strategy, optimizing the Group website for traditional SEO and emerging AI‑driven search (GEO).
• Update and maintain website content, landing pages and digital touchpoints to uphold high standards of presentation and user experience.
• Support Group‑level branding campaigns and corporate events through digital asset creation, landing‑page setup and pre/post‑event promotion.
• Track and report digital performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and native platform insights, leveraging AI‑powered tools to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, social media management, corporate branding or content strategy; agency experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Management of social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, WeChat.
• Search optimisation: SEO principles and awareness of AI‑driven GEO trends.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Web content management systems (CMS).
• Design tools: Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
