Senior Marketing Executive (Retail Marketing) – Hong Kong

About the role

The Marketing Team in Hong Kong is seeking a senior professional to shape the retail and brand experience for Triumph & Sloggi across Hong Kong and Macau. You will translate brand strategies into impactful retail campaigns, visual merchandising, and in‑store experiences while collaborating with teams in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the global headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage marketing material requirements, including media assets, KOL collaborations, POSM and in‑store promotional items.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the annual brand strategy and product launch priorities, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and localise product information and marketing content for the Hong Kong market and support social‑media planning, publishing and performance analysis.
• Support retail marketing and visual‑merchandising initiatives, oversee POSM production, conduct store visits, review merchandising execution and report on improvements.
• Handle marketing budget applications, payments and sample/consignment inventory management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in brand, retail, trade or integrated marketing within Hong Kong and Macau.
• Proven track record in campaign execution, product information management and content localisation.
• Familiarity with social‑media performance tracking, reporting and basic data analysis.
• Experience in POSM production, vendor management and in‑store merchandising execution.
• Strong project‑management and cross‑functional communication skills, able to work with agencies, suppliers and internal teams.
• Excellent fluency in English and Chinese (reading, speaking, writing).
