Senior Network and Security Analyst / Lead

About the role

Lalamove is scaling its logistics platform across Asia and beyond, and needs a senior professional to lead the design, deployment and optimisation of its network and cybersecurity infrastructure. The Senior Network and Security Analyst/Lead will own vulnerability management, incident response and cloud security posture across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot network and security infrastructure across the enterprise.
• Implement and optimise SIEM, EDR, DLP, CVM, PAM and IAM solutions.
• Run regular vulnerability scans for systems, networks, applications and endpoints.
• Strengthen defence mechanisms, incident‑response readiness and recovery procedures.
• Perform risk analyses, produce incident reports and present findings to management.
• Support security hardening initiatives and configure security alerts.
• Manage the Security Response Center and coordinate the bug‑bounty programme.
• Oversee cloud security posture and compliance on AWS and Azure.
• Manage authentication and bot‑management controls, including captcha and threat‑intelligence integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in network and cybersecurity operations.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, ITIL or CCSA are preferred.

Required skills

• NGFW, WAF, IPS/IDS, NAC, EDR, anti‑virus, system and network hardening.
• SIEM platforms (e.g., Elasticsearch) and incident handling.
• Linux, Windows, networking fundamentals.
• Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure.
• Firewalls, SASE, encryption, Anti‑DDoS solutions (Cloudflare, Akamai).
• Bot‑management, captcha integration and threat‑intelligence platforms.
• Bug‑bounty programme coordination and cloud security compliance.
