Senior Procurement Officer – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to lead purchasing activities for our portfolio of high‑end dining, bar and event venues in Hong Kong. The role will ensure that all goods and services are sourced competitively, meet food‑safety standards and support our commitment to luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end purchasing, including sourcing, ordering and delivery coordination in line with company standards.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
• Ensure all purchased items comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee vendor performance, service standards and contractual compliance.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects and special duties assigned by the department head.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
• Strong computer literacy; experience with a supply‑chain management (SCM) procurement system is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• High integrity, well‑organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
