Senior Product Integrity Specialist – Apparel

About the role

As a Senior Product Integrity Specialist based in Hong Kong, you will lead the protection of Arc’teryx’s brand by ensuring product construction and quality standards across all apparel categories and manufacturing sites worldwide. You will work closely with design, product development, and commercial teams to embed best‑in‑class processes and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Design, Product Development and Hong Kong commercialization teams during the Maker’s Phase, providing strategic technical feedback.
• Participate in design initiations, prototype reviews, buy‑ready sign‑offs and seasonal meetings to advise on new models, constructions and materials.
• Develop, implement and enforce advanced quality standards for construction and manufacturing methods across all factories.
• Mentor junior specialists and support their technical growth.
• Lead vendor capability assessments and training programs to ensure compliance with Arc’teryx standards.
• Provide expert guidance on construction methods, material processes and quality benchmarks for all product categories.
• Influence cost‑reduction, safety compliance and overall product quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product integrity, quality assurance or similar roles within the apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of apparel construction, material properties and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong.
