Senior Product Manager (Cards)

About the role

First Circle, a fast-growing, credit-centric neo-bank in Southeast Asia, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead its Cards product as it launches it onto the market. Reporting to the CEO, the role works at the highest level to design and execute solutions that drive business growth and customer success. It suits someone who wants to work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment with direct, measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Cards product, driving strategy from concept to launch.
• Own key product metrics and make sure every decision contributes to meaningful business outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data and business teams to align on priorities and execute efficiently.
• Use data and analytical thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Take an outcome-oriented approach and operate with extreme ownership, delivering results rather than just managing a backlog.
• Travel to Manila periodically to work closely with teams on the ground.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of experience in a highly analytical, problem-solving fintech product role.
• Nice to have: previous experience with Cards products and/or relevant technical knowledge.
• Experience working within a fast-growing business, ideally a fintech company.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
