Senior Project Manager - Capital Markets Transformation

About the role

International investment bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large‑scale Capital Markets transformation programme covering end‑to‑end IT and business change.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in lines of business and functions to formulate and translate the bank’s strategy into initiatives and requirements for implementation.
• Maintain effective communication and good relationships with all project stakeholders, including Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, etc.
• Assist with managing the pipeline of work and facilitate prioritisation in line with current supply and demand.
• Manage and resolve key programme risks and issues.
• Proactively manage changes to scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Required profile

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all organisational levels and strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience delivering both IT and business transformation initiatives within an investment bank.

Required skills

• Knowledge of capital markets traded products, trade life‑cycle and processing flows.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record across the full life cycle of large‑scale projects.
