Senior Researcher, AI Algorithm

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end data‑science projects, including data gathering, modelling, problem solving and presenting insights.
• Design, implement and interpret experiments or trials to continuously refine technical proposals.
• Develop, verify and validate analytics that address customer needs and business opportunities.
• Translate predictive insights from complex analytical frameworks into optimisation recommendations.
• Develop and deploy statistical and machine‑learning models such as regression, clustering, neural networks and random forests.
• Act as Lead Subject‑Matter Expert, collaborating with business and technical teams to solve data quality, normalization and standardisation challenges.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine‑learning and deep‑learning techniques, including CNN, RNN (LSTM) and Transformers.
• Proven ability to think critically, solve complex problems and communicate findings effectively.
• Passion for AI and continuous learning of the latest innovations.

Required skills

• Python programming and libraries.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch and/or Keras frameworks.
• Experience with R, Scala, Julia or SAS.
• Statistical modelling: regression, clustering, neural networks, random forest.
• Deep‑learning architectures: CNN, RNN/LSTM, Transformers.
• Machine‑learning and deep‑learning algorithm implementation.
