Senior Revenue Owner – Institutional Liquidity (FX / Crypto)

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a proactive Senior Revenue Owner to drive institutional liquidity across the APAC region. You will act as the commercial bridge between institutional clients and internal teams, shaping revenue growth in FX, CFD and digital asset markets.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and activate institutional liquidity flow across APAC.
• Structure and negotiate liquidity agreements, including spreads, markups, execution frameworks and credit terms.
• Protect long‑term margin while staying commercially competitive.
• Serve as the liaison between institutional clients and internal liquidity, risk and executive teams.
• Drive scalable, recurring, volume‑based revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record in institutional B2B financial markets, preferably FX, CFD or digital‑asset liquidity distribution.
• Strong understanding of market structure, trading infrastructure and liquidity‑driven revenue models.
• Ability to build credibility and long‑term trust with institutional decision‑makers.
• Advanced negotiation skills for commercial terms, pricing and liquidity agreements.
• High commercial discipline with structured pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
• Self‑directed, performance‑driven and accountable for measurable revenue outcomes.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly preferred.
