Senior Social Media Community Executive

About the role

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Social Media Community Executive to strengthen brand presence across multiple platforms. You will act as the primary voice for clients, driving engagement and delivering data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage community interactions on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Implement moderation strategies, answer questions and collect feedback.
• Monitor brand mentions, map relevant online communities, influencers and generate quality leads.
• Collaborate with planning and creative teams to develop trend‑aligned content.
• Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track, analyze and report community and social metrics, using insights to optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and current trends.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Excellent project and team management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and agile.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
• Social listening tools such as Meltwater, Sprout Social or Emplifi.
