Key responsibilities

• Drive reliability, security, and performance of Unix‑based environments supporting critical payment systems.
• Deliver infrastructure improvements through automation, monitoring, and performance insights to enhance scalability and reduce risk.
• Identify potential issues early, implement proactive solutions, and support disaster‑recovery readiness across key platforms.
• Champion secure infrastructure practices and ensure compliance with PCI and internal security policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and improve user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments with strong knowledge of system performance, security, patching, and availability.
• Ability to analyze and resolve infrastructure issues in fast‑paced production settings.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems while balancing operational excellence, risk management, and business priorities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for building relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: experience with IBM AIX or Oracle Solaris and relevant certifications such as RHCE or IBM AIX Certified Administrator.
