SEO/SEM Specialist - SEA Market

About the role

We are looking for an SEO/SEM Specialist to lead end‑to‑end search engine optimization and marketing initiatives across the SEA market. The role combines data‑driven analysis, AI‑enhanced content creation, and cross‑functional collaboration to boost organic and paid traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute full‑cycle Google SEO and SEM campaigns, including keyword research, on‑page and off‑page optimization, and paid ad management.
• Leverage AI tools for content generation, keyword analysis, ad targeting and landing‑page conversion optimization.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as traffic, rankings, CTR, CPA, ROI and produce weekly/monthly optimization reports.
• Collaborate with content, product and design teams to adapt strategies for local search ecosystems and user behavior.
• Track competitor activities and continuously refine tactics to meet growth targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO or SEM, with proven results on Google Search, Google Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical mindset, data sensitivity and ability to own projects from start to finish.
• Proficiency in English; ability to research and communicate in other SEA languages is a plus.
• Experience with AI‑driven marketing projects such as content generation, keyword analysis or ad optimization.
• Personal interest or experience in investing/trading US stocks, HK stocks or cryptocurrencies.
