ServiceNow Architect – Hong Kong

About the role

The ServiceNow Architect will design, implement and optimise IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions for clients in Hong Kong. This role focuses on deploying, customizing and integrating ServiceNow platforms with cloud infrastructure and other business‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Work on IT operation solutions and address problems for clients on ITSM tool deployment, customization, and integration.
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure and services required by ITSM tools and related applications.
• Develop ITSM or cloud‑based monitoring solution architecture aligned with IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Lead the design of complex ITSM or cloud operation applications, including custom applications, UI/UX design, and integration with business‑critical systems.
• Lead data modelling, business process automation, and performance optimisation for ITSM and cloud operation solutions.
• Implement ITSM and cloud operation components such as service mapping, discovery, event management, and overall IT Service Management.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform and ITSM tool deployment, customization, and integration.
• Strong background in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure for ITSM solutions.
• Ability to lead complex solution design, data modelling, and performance optimisation initiatives.
