Social Media Manager (Fintech Mobile Apps)

About the role

Axis Global Tech Limited is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to launch and grow the social presence of its new fintech mobile applications. The role focuses on building a brand voice on Twitter/X and related platforms, targeting crypto, AI, and broader consumer audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a social media strategy from scratch, defining content pillars and posting cadence on Twitter/X and other relevant channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of social accounts, including content calendar, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Produce platform‑native content tailored to crypto and AI communities, staying current with trends, key accounts, and narratives.
• Identify, engage, and coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and community partners to expand reach.
• Collaborate with designers to develop high‑quality visual assets and independently create graphics, short‑form videos, and posts when needed.
• Monitor metrics, competitor activity, and report on growth, iterating the content strategy accordingly.
• Ensure all messaging complies with regulatory requirements by working closely with product, business development, and compliance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2+ years of social media marketing experience, preferably launching a brand from zero.
• Deep familiarity with Twitter/X, especially crypto and AI ecosystems.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability with a native feel for platform voice.
• Fluent English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Immediate availability or maximum one‑month notice.
