Steward Attendant – Hotel Stewarding

About the role

Join the Stewarding team at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong as a Steward Attendant. You will support the smooth operation of the hotel's kitchen and dining areas by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring all dishware and utensils are ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Keep your designated work area clean and organized.
• Clean dishes, kitchen utensils, and tableware using the dish‑washing machine.
• Replenish detergents and other cleaning supplies as needed.
• Operate the dish‑washing machine safely and efficiently.
• Polish silverware and copperware to a high standard.
• Perform general kitchen cleaning tasks.

Required profile

• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and ready to work hard.
• Availability for shift work, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Dishwashing machine operation
