System / Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

The System / Infrastructure Support Engineer provides day‑to‑day operational support for the company’s IT environment. You will ensure that servers, operating systems, virtualisation platforms and network services run reliably and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, OS, virtualisation and network‑related services.
• Monitor performance, availability and capacity to keep the production environment stable.
• Perform installations, configurations, patching, upgrades, backups and recovery following IT policies.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Participate in projects such as system migrations, technology upgrades and documentation.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in infrastructure support, system administration or IT operations.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, independent work style and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese with good communication skills.
