Systems Administrator – Hong Kong

About the role

This is a hands‑on, office‑based position supporting enterprise technology across Windows and UNIX environments, storage, clustered computing, communications platforms and end‑user equipment. You will work directly with users while also handling infrastructure administration, troubleshooting and project work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑person support for PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile‑device management, videoconferencing, AV equipment and trading‑floor technology, plus occasional data‑centre tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and non‑technical issues in collaboration with global teams and vendors.
• Support Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Administer infrastructure‑level systems, investigate complex issues and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Practical systems‑administration experience across hardware, software, desk‑side, trading‑floor, AV, conferencing, event or remote‑user support.
• Strong research and analytical skills with curiosity to solve unfamiliar problems and improve processes.
• Clear interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.
• Availability to work on site Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend assignments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Singapore and Shanghai.
