Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC and Middle East

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner for APAC and the Middle East will join Teneo’s Global People Team in Hong Kong. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute the firm’s talent strategy across fast‑growing markets, attracting top‑tier professionals for multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a range of functions across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing market intelligence, workforce planning and strategic talent advice.
• Develop and maintain proactive pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and critical roles.
• Navigate diverse employment laws and hiring practices, collaborating with local People teams.
• Use data, hiring insights and external market information to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and support diversity, equity and inclusion goals.
• Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to optimise processes and increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in Greenhouse and other systems.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience at every stage.

Required profile

• 8 + years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders using data‑driven insights.
• Experience managing searches across multiple jurisdictions and navigating varied regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
