Team Leader – Retail Boutique

About the role

The Team Leader will oversee daily operations of a luxury boutique located in Harbour City, driving sales performance while ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role combines hands‑on floor leadership with strategic planning to meet monthly and annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and monitor annual and monthly sales targets, analysing data to propose improvements.
• Execute in‑store incentive programmes and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Maintain stock accuracy, conduct regular stock‑takes and address discrepancies.
• Identify best‑selling, slow‑moving and overstock items and develop action plans.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with sales plans and group guidelines.
• Lead the store floor as shift leader, handling customer complaints and emergency situations.
• Motivate, coach and schedule the team to guarantee sufficient staffing.
• Organise training sessions, track learning outcomes and promote knowledge sharing.
• Support company events, manage customer databases and enhance client relationships.

Required profile

• Tertiary education or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of management experience in luxury retail or a comparable environment.
• Strong knowledge of shop operations and visual merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
