Team Leader / Senior Server – Michelin One Star Restaurant

About the role

The restaurant seeks a dynamic Team Leader / Senior Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a Michelin‑starred setting. You will greet and seat guests, present menus, and ensure smooth service throughout the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in line with hotel standards, creating memorable dining moments.
• Greet, seat guests and present detailed menu information, including dishes and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages courteously while anticipating guest needs and handling special requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to guarantee timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or hotel management.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality/F&B (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or a Michelin‑starred restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
