Team Manager – Watches & Jewellery

About the role

As a Team Manager for Watches & Jewellery, you will act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring every client receives the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will lead a team of 6‑9 sales associates, inspiring them to deliver exceptional client experiences and product expertise while driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of client experience through storytelling and memorable moments.
• Set and achieve stretched sales goals, implementing strategies to maximize performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top‑tier talent to build a motivated, high‑performing team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and succession planning.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, events, and market trends.
• Build and grow a personal client portfolio while overseeing efficient sales‑floor management.
• Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong background in luxury retail, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and client‑relation skills.
• Commercial acumen with a client‑centric, proactive attitude.
• High empathy, ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Resilient under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for the brand and fashion.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
