Technical Services Manager

About the role

AirTrunk is seeking a Technical Services Manager to join its Hong Kong data centre team. Reporting to the Senior Technical Service Manager, you will ensure seamless operation of facilities, maintain 100% uptime, and uphold compliance with customer SLAs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Technical Service Manager in all aspects of data centre operations.
• Serve as the primary contact for the site Facilities Provider and supervise FM, Smart Hands, security, and other third‑party vendors.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance and repair works, managing OPEX budgets and change/incident procedures.
• Collaborate with the Development team on construction activities to ensure designs meet operational standards.
• Maintain compliance with site SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, security protocols, and certifications such as ISMS, ISO9001, ISO14001, SOC2, and PCI.
• Monitor and manage performance of outsourced service vendors and contractors.
• Prepare reports, change notices, and incident documentation as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data centre or large‑scale facilities management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and environmental compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
