About the role
The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for promoting general insurance products to potential customers over the phone. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach, a clear understanding of insurance offerings, and the ability to build rapport quickly. You will work closely with the sales team to meet targeted call and conversion goals.
Key responsibilities
- Promote general insurance products to prospective customers via telephone.
- Identify customer needs and match appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly telemarketing targets set by management.
Required profile
- Form 5 graduate with IIQE Paper 1 & 2 license for selling general insurance.
- 1–2 years of telemarketing experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong telephone etiquette, service‑oriented attitude, and professional manner.
