Telesales / Telemarketer – Card & Personal Loans (Warm Calls)

About the role

PrimeCredit is seeking an enthusiastic Telesales professional to promote its card loan and personal loan products to existing customers through warm‑call outreach. Key responsibilities

• Conduct warm‑call telemarketing to existing customers to promote card loan and personal loan offerings.
• Achieve assigned business targets for loan sales and revenue generation.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies during each call.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Form 5 / DSE graduate or higher.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or call‑center sales is an advantage.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to close orders over the phone.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to work under performance pressure.
