About the role
The Bank is seeking a dynamic Telesales/Telemarketing Specialist to promote unsecured lending products such as personal loans and card loans. You will engage both outbound prospects and inbound callers, helping customers identify financial solutions that meet their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote personal loan and card loan products.
- Handle inbound hotline inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Identify existing and prospective customers' financial needs to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements at all times.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary education or higher; a degree is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, proactive and hardworking attitude.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to use Chinese word‑processing software.
