Token and Community Lead – Finance District

About the role

The Token and Community Lead owns the FDFI token program and its surrounding community within Finance District, a Web3‑native financial ecosystem. Reporting to the token committee, you will manage day‑to‑day token operations, listings, treasury activities, and act as the public face of FDFI for holders and the broader market.

Key responsibilities

• Run token generation event (TGE) management, coordinate CEX and DEX listings, and maintain market‑maker relationships.
• Administer vesting schedules, token unlocks, and produce regular treasury and token‑program reports.
• Own community engagement across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and the governance forum; schedule AMAs, town halls, and community calls.
• Build and run an ambassador program, manage KOL relationships across APAC, EU, and US, and lead a moderator team.
• Manage governance lifecycle: draft proposals, oversee voting infrastructure, and publish transparency reports.
• Monitor sentiment on social and trading channels, coordinate crisis response with communications, legal, and Finance District leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing token programs, listings, and treasury operations in a crypto or fintech environment.
• Strong community‑building track record on Discord, Telegram, and X, with experience running ambassador or KOL initiatives.
• Ability to handle crisis communication calmly and transparently.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain regular operational cadence and governance processes.
