Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy Manager/Senior

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager or Senior professional to lead turnaround and restructuring projects for clients in Hong Kong. The role combines debt and capital advisory, financial restructuring, and sustainable finance to help organisations navigate complex financial challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects covering Debt and Capital Advisory, financial restructuring, sustainable finance, and Recovery & Resolution work.
• Prepare and use financial models, performing sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Develop sustainable finance frameworks and support fundraising activities.
• Review company financial status, forecast cash‑flow requirements and prepare cash‑flow prognoses.
• Support business development by creating presentations, go‑to‑market toolkits and participating in client pursuit meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, engineering, business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA or PMP are preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of project financing, financial modelling and banking & capital markets.
• Ability to conduct commercial credit analysis and understand credit‑risk management concepts.
• Strong English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills.
