About the role
We are looking for a Vice President of Corporate Finance to lead end‑to‑end finance operations, including IPOs, capital‑market refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive corporate finance transactions such as IPOs, refinancing, M&A and advisory projects.
- Provide listing guidance, maintain client relationships and coordinate due‑diligence teams, regulators and intermediaries.
- Initiate and manage investment projects, formulate strategies and conduct channel analysis.
- Assess potential transactions through market research, valuation and financial framework analysis.
- Prepare corporate presentations and business proposals and support senior management in investor relations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- CPA or CFA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in investment banking or professional services.
- In‑depth knowledge of listing rules, take‑over code and related regulatory requirements.
- Holder of a Type 6 Responsible Officer licence from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) with strong written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel frequently for work.
