VIP Manager (English/German/Portuguese/French/Italian/Polish)

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual VIP Manager to provide top‑tier support to our high‑value gaming clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 200‑300 VIP customers, ensuring their needs are met across various communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with VIP clients in English and one of German, Portuguese, French, Italian or Polish via phone, chat, and email.
• Manage a portfolio of 200–300 active and inactive VIP accounts.
• Drive client retention and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Deliver personalized, high‑level support and promote offers, bonuses, and products.
• Prepare reports and analyse client activity to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with VIP clients in iGaming or a related industry.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and native or fluent proficiency in one additional language (German, Portuguese, French, Italian or Polish).
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation and product presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage a large client portfolio with proactivity, resilience and responsibility.
• Willingness to work non‑standard hours and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
