Volunteer Donation Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Join Crossroads Foundation as a Volunteer Donation Warehouse Coordinator and help manage the flow of donated goods. You will work directly with the warehouse supervisor to ensure incoming items are received, inspected, sorted, and recorded accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload goods deliveries, assemble and clean donated items, mainly furniture.
• Organise and oversee sorting and storage of items by category and destination.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with data entry.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met throughout the warehouse.
• Support and guide fellow volunteers working in the warehouse.

Required profile

• Commitment of at least 3 months, volunteering 1‑2 days per week (10:00 am‑5:00 pm with a 1.5‑hour lunch break).
• Ability to work collaboratively with other volunteers and the warehouse supervisor.
• Previous experience in warehouse coordination, inventory management, or logistics is a plus but not essential.
