About the role
The Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress staff to join its dining team. You will work in a high‑end hotel environment, delivering consistent, high‑quality service to guests in the restaurant and banquet areas.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and present menus.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Check on guests throughout the meal to address any additional needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions according to hotel policies.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Dynamic, passionate and focused on guest satisfaction.
