Welcome Desk Agent – Front Desk

About the role

Join the vibrant team at W Hong Kong as a Welcome Desk Agent, delivering a warm, witty and memorable experience to every guest. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑ins, personalized service and a delightful farewell that embodies the brand’s playful spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and engaging attitude, creating a WOW first impression.
• Manage efficient check‑in and check‑out processes, handling reservations and payments.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the Opera property management system.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front‑desk or hospitality role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; additional Japanese is a plus.
• Personality that is passionate, playful, audacious and polished.
• Professional appearance and well‑groomed presentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
