Wellness Supervisor – Club Attendant Team

About the role

The Wellness Supervisor (Club Attendant Team) leads the daily operations of the Wellness Club at Island Shangri‑La, Hong Kong. Reporting to hotel management, you will ensure that guests receive a seamless, personalized experience in line with Shangri‑La’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Club Attendants, coordinating their activities to maintain efficient operations.
• Welcome guests to the Wellness Club, delivering attentive service and addressing their needs.
• Oversee cleaning and hygiene procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory, usage, and par‑stock levels of equipment and supplies, conducting regular checks.
• Support the overall functioning of the Wellness Centre, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of housekeeping or public‑area cleaning experience in a hotel, spa or wellness centre.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken English.
• Proficiency in Cantonese.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
