2024 Hong Kong Graduate Consultant Position

About the role

Join Protiviti as a Graduate Consultant in Hong Kong and work with leading global clients on complex business challenges. You will receive structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and mentorship while delivering solutions across internal audit, technology, and risk & compliance domains.

Key responsibilities

• Assist client projects by gathering data, analysing business processes and presenting actionable recommendations.
• Support internal audit, financial advisory, technology consulting and risk & compliance engagements.
• Spend the majority of time at client sites, contributing to risk assessments, control evaluations, data analytics and technology implementations.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, MIS or related fields.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall and major).
• Strong command of English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic programming knowledge such as Python, R Studio, SQL, VB or RPA (preferred for risk & compliance track).
• Understanding of data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud technologies and AI/ML concepts (relevant for technology consulting).
