About the role

You will help build expertise and guarantee delivery quality for the Hong Kong office, supporting market‑leading practices across a global organisation and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute internal audit engagements, including risk assessment, control evaluation, and testing of business processes.
• Assist in planning audit scope, work programs, and timelines.
• Identify control gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities, providing practical recommendations.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support delivery of Risk & Compliance projects such as regulatory compliance reviews (HKMA, SFC, IA) and governance assessments.
• Perform control process reviews, gap analyses, and support design and enhancement of enterprise‑level control processes.
• Supervise and guide junior consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.

Required profile

• University graduate in accounting, business, finance or related disciplines.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4 firms in Internal Audit, Assurance or Risk Advisory.
• Exposure to internal audit, risk management or compliance projects and understanding of internal controls and audit methodologies.
• Progress towards HKICPA Qualification Programme preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus.
