Account Manager – Mandarin Speaker

About the role

Join Odoo’s Customer Success Team (Indirect) as an Account Manager focused on the APAC region. You will manage a portfolio of around 200 companies, handling subscription renewals, retention and upsell opportunities while acting as the main liaison between end‑customers, resellers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and develop relationships with Odoo end‑customers and official partners.
• Analyze customer pain points and propose Odoo solutions to improve efficiency.
• Drive subscription renewals and identify upsell opportunities (≈80% sales focus).
• Maintain long‑term relationships with partners and customers to foster growth.
• Collaborate with product, support and other divisions to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Strong awareness of software and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, sales‑driven mindset with an organized work style.
• Problem‑solving attitude and ability to meet targets.
• 1‑3 years of relevant sales or account‑management experience.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Odoo ERP software.
