Account Manager – Property & Casualty (P&C)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, client‑focused Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate and SME Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering high‑quality service and supporting both retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of P&C insurance clients.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships and act as the main liaison.
• Analyse client risk profiles and propose tailored insurance solutions.
• Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, and mid‑term adjustments.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to negotiate terms and secure competitive coverage.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and renewal proposals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within the client base.
• Support business development initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty or general insurance broking.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products.
• Excellent client management and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., IIQE, ACII/ANZIIF) are a plus.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
