Accountant – Full Set & Management Accounting (Multi-Entity)

About the role

An innovative global leader in design‑driven product manufacturing and international export is seeking a hands‑on Accountant to join its regional hub. The role covers full‑set accounting for six international entities, multi‑currency transaction processing and management reporting for senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and year‑end close processes for six international group entities across different jurisdictions.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages, financial statements, variance analyses and operational KPIs.
• Maintain real‑time booking of international commercial transactions, including purchases, receipts, cross‑border sales and supplier payments.
• Perform daily multi‑currency bank, credit‑card and intercompany reconciliations to support treasury operations.
• Process complex inventory receipts, asset transfers and international import/shipping documentation.
• Assist in preparing and lodging regional tax filings (BAS, VAT, Sales Tax) and support external auditors.

Required profile

• Degree or higher diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of solid general accounting experience, including full‑set accounting and month‑end closing.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated, culturally aware and able to work autonomously under tight reporting timelines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with MYOB or MYOB Advanced.
• Experience with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero or QuickBooks.
