Administrative Assistant - Finance

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Finance team in a large luxury hotel environment. The role involves providing high-quality secretarial and administrative services to senior finance leaders and ensuring all documentation meets our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Finance team.
• Prepare, proofread and present accurate paperwork and reports.
• Attend daily briefings with the Director, Finance Business Partner.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, appointments and travel arrangements for senior finance staff and other managers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Respond to information requests, direct queries to the appropriate parties and recommend actions to resolve issues.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a sizable luxury hotel, preferably in a secretarial or administrative function.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with strong interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
