Advisory Consultant – Infrastructure & Public Sector

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Advisory Consultant to join Mace’s Advisory team in Hong Kong. The role supports complex infrastructure and public‑sector programmes across Hong Kong and the wider APAC region, helping clients shape strategy, procurement and organisational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of business advisory engagements for infrastructure and public‑sector projects.
• Conduct research, analyse data and produce high‑quality presentations and reports.
• Translate complex problems into clear, structured insights and actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops and stakeholder‑engagement activities.
• Contribute to proposals, market insights and development of team materials.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of consulting experience (e.g., Big 4, advisory or strategy firms).
• Proven ability to manage workstreams within a project environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Experience in infrastructure, construction or public‑sector projects, including strategy, procurement, transformation or financial analysis.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., HKIE, RICS, Prince2, MBA) is a plus.

• Advanced PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and financial modelling.
