Assistant Engineer – Building Maintenance & Lifting Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Engineer to support the delivery of Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) and lifting appliance projects. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Engineer to ensure projects are executed to world‑class standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Site Engineer in delivering BMU and lifting appliance projects.
• Prepare and submit project documentation and applications.
• Support shop drawing preparation and coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders on project matters.
• Support site supervision, monitor progress, and conduct site inspections.
• Attend site meetings and assist in execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Provide general engineering and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant engineering or project coordination experience.
• Valid Safety Green Card.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
