Assistant Marketing & Promotions Manager – Pacific Place

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Marketing & Promotions Manager to support the Marketing Team of Pacific Place, Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub. Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, you will help design, execute and evaluate a variety of marketing and promotional initiatives that enhance the mall’s brand and drive visitor engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and oversee marketing campaigns for Pacific Place and the Starstreet Precinct, including festive decorations, thematic programmes and sales‑driven events.
• Coordinate in‑mall promotional activities, manage third‑party exhibitions and events, and produce high‑quality PR and communication materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless planning, execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Handle logistics, assist with budget control and manage premium inventory for marketing activities.
• Prepare post‑event reports that deliver actionable marketing insights.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in brand marketing, communications, sales promotions, events and partnership management.
• Proven experience working with creative, advertising, PR agencies and event production houses.
• Preferably a background in shopping‑mall or retail marketing.
• Strong project‑management, interpersonal, time‑management and presentation abilities; capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative, independent, well‑organized and self‑motivated.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
